docker compose up -d Ollama, vector DB, API, web. Tailscale + Umbrel BTC link.

Seed Rosa
rosa ingest --corpus bc-spa-rta-crt BC SPA, RTA, EPR, bylaws → vector DB. Validate 3 queries.

Pipeline
watch-folder /inbox → ocr → rosa-buffer Email webhook → OCR → Rosa buffer.
