rosa ingest --corpus bc-spa-rta-crt BC SPA, RTA, EPR, bylaws → vector DB. Validate 3 queries.
Pipeline
watch-folder /inbox → ocr → rosa-buffer Email webhook → OCR → Rosa buffer.
Treasury
ziggy simulate --invoice sample.pdf CRF 10% check → PSBT → 3-sig → reconcile.
Deploy UI
npm run build && docker compose restart web PWA + mobile touch flow.
