Keep refining the workspace

The interface keeps being refined as the product grows. After every push that changes what a person sees, the next session offers exactly four concrete upgrades. Pick one or two. Only those are polished. When a pick ships, it is replaced, so four are always waiting. These four were offered on September 30, 2026. None of them has been started.
